Cancer Treatment Centers of America

Founded in 1988 on a personalized, patient-centered approach to cancer care, Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) is dedicated to tailoring a combination of cancer treatments to the needs of each individual patient.

To help doctors and their patients find the care they needed, CTCA had a patient referral system in place, but it was not performing at the level it should. This new program directed doctors who were unfamiliar with CTCA to a robust website where they learn about all that CTCA provides for patients, the methodologies they subscribe to, and could search for doctors by specialty and location. Upon finding a program or physician that matched their needs the referral process could begin via simple online contact forms, phone conversations with specific referral liaisons at the nearest location, or reserving in-person visits.
