A Process to Keep Everyone Organized

I strongly believe that a consistent process for project discovery, design and development is key to the success of the endeavor, which is why I subscribe to the Iterative Process.

The Iterative Process is defined as “calculating a desired result by means of a repeated cycle of operations.” Or, in layman’s terms, design and build small individual elements, review those elements, and then revise. The iteration moves forward when the element is approved. While this process is especially critical for digital projects, it has proven to be invaluable for other mediums such as print and video. When paired with a desire to stay organized (and good design, of course), the process leads to success.
